Mike R. Shaw: B.Sc.(Hons) (Monash), Grad.Dip.Mktg (Chisholm), MBA (Monash), FMRSA.

Founder and Director of Lynx, Mike has more than twenty-five years experience in marketing planning, strategy, and research in a wide variety of industries chemical, hardware, pet food, grocery products, tobacco industry, tourism, and telecommunications and has specialised in market research design and marketing problem solving.

He has worked as a research buyer, research supplier and has had academic roles within the industry and as a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at Monash University.  Mike is a Fellow of the Market Research Society of Australia, and is an accredited Qualified Practising Market Researcher.


Paula M. Tomsett: Grad.Dip.Mktg (Monash), M.Mktg. (Monash).  Paula established her own company in 1984 specialising in public relations, marketing strategy, and preparation of business and marketing plans.


Paula has been a Director of Lynx for seven years and with her market research skills also has extensive experience in managing projects large and small across a diverse range of industries including environment & natural resources, retail, insurance, tourism, grocery products and health & fitness.


Paula is also an experienced trainer in both the private and academic sectors.  Paula is a member of the Market Research Society of Australia, Australian Marketing Institute and Public Relations Institute of Australia.
