experience in marketing planning, strategy, and research
in a wide variety of industries – chemical, hardware,
pet food, grocery products, tobacco industry, tourism, and
telecommunications and has specialised in market research
design and marketing problem solving.
has worked as a research buyer, research supplier and has
had academic roles within the industry and as a Senior
Lecturer in Marketing at Monash University.
Mike is a Fellow of the Market Research Society of
Australia, and is an accredited Qualified Practising

established her own company in 1984 specialising in public
relations, marketing strategy, and preparation of business and
has been a Director of Lynx for seven years and with her market
research skills also has extensive experience in managing
projects large and small across a diverse range of industries
including environment & natural resources, retail,
insurance, tourism, grocery products and health & fitness.
is also an experienced trainer in both the private and academic
sectors. Paula is a
member of the Market Research Society of Australia, Australian
Marketing Institute and Public Relations Institute of Australia.
